Want to help? Volunteers can be of service in so many ways.

  • Child advocates represent children throughout the court process. 
  • Technical assistants with expertise in Access databases are particularly needed.
  • Fundraising assistants can help with events or the annual campaign.
  • Public relations assistants can help us get our program and events before the public. 
  • Newsletter editor/assistants can help with planning, writing and editing The Advocate.  
  • Financial contributors help a child get the attention and support he or she needs. 

Volunteering and application process

Volunteer advocate training begins on April 16, 2012

Volunteers attend class Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-9p.m.for twelve sessions.
