Meet Our 2023 Playhouses
Playhouses remind us that childhood should be carefree, without abuse or neglect. That's why Henrico CASA hosts our annual Home for Good® fundraising and awareness event. We partner with local builders to create, display, and give away one-of-a-kind playhouses.
The ongoing success of our Home for Good® event shows that TOGETHER we can continue to serve every vulnerable child that needs a voice.

Cozy Cottage
The Cozy Cottage is being built by Classic Construction. You will want to move right in and make this home your own!
Tiny Toy Shoppe
The Tiny Toy Shoppe is being designed and built by students at Henrico's Career and Technical Education program. Stock the shelves with all of your favorite things!

Play Factory
The Play Factory is designed by Hanbury and being built by DPR Construction. It is a colorful and interactive structure intended to spur our curiosity and wonder.

Imagination Station
The Imagination Station was designed by Moseley Architects and is being built by Loughridge & Company LLC. This classic fire station appeals to the hero in all of us.

The Club House
This playhouse is being designed by ENV and built by UrbanCore Construction. The slide in this playhouse might instill FOMO on all of the fun!

The Green House is designed by 510 architects and being built by W.M. Jordan Company. Whether or not you have a green thumb, you will appreciate this eco-friendly playhouse.

The Home for Good® playhouse event (“Home for Good® event”) is only open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, age 18 years of age or older at date of entry. A random electronic drawing will be conducted May 8, 2023, from all eligible entries. Potential winners will be notified via email and telephone within one (1) day after the random drawing. If a potential winner fails to respond within two (2) days, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be determined.
Delivery of the six playhouses to the six winners will occur May 11, 2023. Henrico CASA will deliver the playhouses to the winners up to thirty (30) miles from Short Pump Town Center (11800 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23233). In the event that the winner lives more than thirty (30) miles from Short Pump Town Center the winner agrees and is responsible for transportation for any distance beyond thirty (30) miles from Short Pump Town Center.
Playhouses will be delivered to a driveway, street, or other hard surface identified by the winner that can be reasonably reached via a small forklift. Henrico CASA is not responsible for making any arrangements for the delivery of the playhouse including, but not limited to, clearing a plot of land or removing part of a fence; these logistics will be up to the winner to coordinate after the delivery of the playhouse.
No playhouse is redeemable for cash, exchange, or transfer.
LIMIT: One playhouse per person or household.
